About Honest Health Post
Last updated: November 8, 2026
Honest Health Post looks at the health claims people run into every day and asks a simple question: what does the research actually show?
Why we exist
Health advice is everywhere, and a lot of it is overstated, outdated or simply wrong. Many of our readers have tried something that promised a lot and delivered little. We don't think that makes anyone foolish. It makes them exactly the reader we write for.
How we work
- Our articles are based on published research and trusted health sources, not on headlines.
- Every article lists its sources, with links, so you can check them.
- When a piece checks a specific claim, it gives a verdict: Fact, Myth or It depends.
- We say how strong the evidence is, and we say so when it's weak or mixed.
- When the science changes, we update the article and show the date.
The details are in our editorial standards and our corrections policy.
What we are not
We are not your doctor, and nothing here is medical advice. A fact check can tell you what the research says about people in general; only your doctor can tell you what it means for you. See our medical disclaimer.

About products
Most articles never mention a product. If an article is about a specific product, it says so at the top, together with our commercial relationship.
